Keeping our tenants and employees healthy and safe during the COVID-19 crisis is our top priority. At this time, our primary focus has been to notify tenants of our procedures and protocols, with respect to cleaning, and reminding them of their responsibilities according to their signed leases.
While this situation is ongoing, to date the REDICO team is focused on:
Educating and preparing staff:
- Created a COVID-19 internal response team that includes our top level leadership team. The team meets twice a week to ensure coordinated and cascading communication at all levels.
- Implemented a corporate communication log to track current preparedness and completed activities, by department.
- Assembled our HR team to develop a letter for all staff which includes CDC-produced information, as well as options to ensure staff feel supported.
- Initiated trainings and in-services to front line staff on preventive measures and precautions that are to be taken at the buildings.
Communicating with tenants:
- Distributed tenant letters and e-mail notifications outlining the measures we are/have been taking to combat the spread of the virus, as well as safety precautions we are implementing at our buildings, including posting of CDC recommended literature.
- Communicated our continuity plan which includes re-allocating building staff to cover shortages at other buildings in the market.
- Posted signage at our building entrances asking visitors to refrain from entering our building if they are symptomatic.
Coordinating with state, local, and on-site providers:
- Participating in national health organization webinars and conference calls regarding COVID-19.
- Monitoring the CDC website for daily updates.
- Coordinating with our suppliers and vendors to ensure they have continuity plans, and that those plans align with ours.
- Established a priority relationship with a national company to perform certified disinfection, with the assistance of a certified third-party industrial hygienist.
We are taking every precaution to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and are prepared to respond in the event of a crisis.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. We will continue to keep you updated on the status of the COVID-19 and our ongoing activity to prepare and respond.

Think Safe. Work Safe.
Be Safe.
