Senior Housing Community Acquisition

REDICO and American House are pleased to consider the acquisition of senior living communities that fit the following profile:

  • Senior Apartments (55+), Independent Living Communities, Assisted Living Communities or Memory Care Communities.  We do not pursue the acquisition of Skilled Nursing Facilities.

  • Communities must have at least 60 Units.

  • Individual Communities located in the Midwest, New England or Florida, or portfolios with at least $5 Million in revenue, anywhere east of the Rockies, except Texas.

  • Attractive or well-appointed communities are preferred.

  • Communities may be anywhere in their life cycle, including communities under construction, in lease-up or stabilized.

  • Transactions may also fall anywhere in the risk spectrum, including opportunistic, value-add, core-plus or core.
