Recognition across multiple categories in the 2025 DBusiness Commercial Real Estate Awards reflects the impact REDICO continues to make throughout Southeast Michigan’s commercial real estate industry through the strength of our team, projects and long-term vision.
Among this year’s honors, REDICO was named a finalist in the Best Land Deal category for the VTECH 66-acre, VTech Business Park in Plymouth Township. The significance of this deal lies in the strong six-plus year collaboration between REDICO and the Michigan Landbank which together, built a successful public-private partnership that put an underperforming, environmentally challenged property to use for the benefit of the surrounding community.
REDICO also earned recognition in the Best Office Lease category for Woodlands Officentre in Farmington Hills—a testament to the continued strength and long-term value of one of the region’s premier office destinations. The addition of premium tenants pushed building occupancy to 100% in the 235,000 square foot building, including the Kirk Gibson Center for Parkinson’s Wellness, The Sam Bernstein Law Firm, Fishbeck, Amentum and Healing Haven.
Additionally, REDICO’s VP of Commercial Investments, Regan Kennedy, was recognized as a finalist for Emerging Commercial Real Estate Professional of the Year Under 40, honoring the next generation of leaders helping shape the future of the industry through innovation, expertise and dedication. Regan’s success lies in his strategic leadership across REDICO’s portfolio and his ability to drive growth through strong industry relationships, investment expertise and decisive leadership. His hands-on approach and proven results continue to distinguish him as an emerging leader in commercial real estate.
