Demand for REDICO's Class A Buildings remains strong with prestigious law firms.

REDICO sets the standard in property management by earning tenant loyalty and attracting top-tier clients. Among its newest occupants are some of the nation’s most prestigious law firms.

Sam Bernstein Law, a well-known firm in the Detroit area, has relocated to REDICO’s Woodlands Officecentre, consolidating their operations on the entire third floor of the upgraded Class A building. The move, completed in November 2024, was motivated by the desire to create an inspiring post-Covid workspace. With input on design, the firm’s attractive new space features modern amenities, a café, meeting rooms and outdoor space, thanks to the collaborative efforts of REDICO and PCI-Dailey Company. This move, along with the addition of new tenants Amentum Technology, Fishbeck and the Kirk Gibson Foundation, brings Woodlands’ occupancy to over 95%, creating a buzz of excitement in the building.

Dykema, a leading national law firm, announced in January 2025 that after over four decades in the Renaissance Center, the firm’s Detroit office will relocate to One Kennedy Square. “Dykema’s move back to the Central Business District is an important milestone for the firm and we appreciate the dedication and expertise of the REDICO team in making the experience as seamless as possible,” said Len Wolfe, Dykema’s Chair and CEO. One Kennedy Square is a landmark fixture in the dynamic Campus Martius Park area and has earned the BOMA The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Award. “It’s been a pleasure working alongside the Dykema team as they’ve pursued their vision of becoming part of the Central Business District,” said Dale Watchowski, President and CEO of REDICO. “We are committed to ensuring their experience at One Kennedy Square exceeds expectations and we look forward to supporting them as they transition to their new home.”

In July 2024, after nearly 40 years at a prior Southfield location, the national business law firm of Maddin Hauser was thrilled to find a new home in Southfield. As the law firm approached its 100th anniversary, they were seeking a better services and amenities package for their staff—and they found it at One Towne Square. This 470,000-square-foot Class A office building comprises 18 floors on a 10-acre site and offers convenient amenities, including banking, restaurants, fitness center, cyber lounge, dry cleaning, covered parking, mail center, car services and onsite management. Maddin Hauser is one of five law firms in One or Two Towne Square that are taking advantage of REDICO’s plush accommodations.

The Butzel Long law firm, also a long-time tenant of REDICO at 150 West Jefferson Ave. in Detroit, found a new home at REDICO’s One North Main in August 2024. Located on the corner of Main Street and Huron, this true multi-use property in the heart of Ann Arbor is the largest office building in the downtown area.
