After nearly four decades at the Essex Centre building on Northwestern Hwy and 12 Mile Road, the firm faced an expiring lease and its centennial anniversary. “That had us thinking, ‘Okay, well, our 100th anniversary is coming up, what type of law firm do we want to be for the next 100 years,’” said Steve Sallen, president and CEO. He went on to explain the benefits of moving into a Class A building, with its many services and amenities. “We all wanted to have a better amenity package for our staff,” Sallen said.
