In his 15-plus years with REDICO, Andrew has proven himself essential in sourcing and securing key assets and managing company partnerships. His leadership has led to the closings of significant new investments, including acquisitions and developments. Andrew has sourced, closed or has under-contract transactions valued at more than $1.5 billion, and plays a pivotal role on the REDICO Executive Committee.
During his tenure with the asset management team, Andrew strategically guided a portfolio of assets valued at more than $300 million. He oversaw leasing oversight, re-financing, re-capitalizing and dispositions to maximize property and portfolio value.
After graduating Cum Laude from Bentley University with a degree in finance, he earned a graduate certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Michigan. He continues his involvement with the University of Michigan Real Estate Club, is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a regular speaker at numerous industry panels. Andrew has been honored with the 30 in Their Thirties Award by DBusiness Magazine.
