With more than 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, Dale is uniquely positioned as CEO and CIO of both American House Senior Living Communities and REDICO, a national real estate and development and investment company with more than $3 billion in assets under management, encompassing in excess of 19 million square-feet of space. Dale also serves as President and CEO of Continuum Services, a facilities maintenance and management company.
While at the helm at REDICO in 2008, Dale and his partners acquired American House, which at the time serviced 13 communities in the Michigan market. Dale chose a tactical growth methodology, aligning with market conditions to build the portfolio to just under 60 communities in the Midwest, New England and the Southeast. Under his direction, American House has become an industry model for innovative products and services and is ranked among the top 25 senior housing companies in the country.
He is on the executive advisory board of Argentum (Assisted Living Federation of America), the executive board of the American Senior Housing Association (ASHA) and is a trustee at the community foundation of Southeast Michigan. He is also a board member of Pope Francis Center and a partner and board member of AQUIS, a national leader in the refurbishment of air handling systems. Dale has appeared on a number of industry-related lists, most recently the 2022 BOMA President’s Award/Industry Leader.
