Chief Human Resources Officer

Mary Anderson has 32 years of experience in the field of human resources and organization development.  Her prior assignments have included three of the top companies in the world, General Electric, General Motors and Ford Motor Company.

Prior to joining, Anderson served as the executive human resources director, global markets and mobility at Ford Motor Company, where she worked to shift Ford’s 115 year business model from tradition OEM to transportation juggernaut including setting up Argo Al – the Autonomous Vehicle subsidiary with a market cap of $4B, the formation of a new Human Centered Design organization, China Business Unit, International Markets organization and the lead architect for running vehicle produces and services as end-to-end businesses.

Holding a B.A. in Business and an M.A. in Human Resources & Labor Relations from Michigan State University, Anderson is also certified in multiple self-insight tools such as MBTI, CSI, TKI and EQi. Mary is responsible for the creation and implementation of human resource strategies, policies and programs.
