Samantha is responsible for real estate development for REDICO and affiliated company, American House Senior Living. In addition, she is charged with driving strategic growth for the enterprise of companies through business development opportunities.
Samantha has acquired over 10,000 units in her 25-year career in real estate. In the 10 years she’s been with REDICO, she’s been responsible for sourcing new development opportunities for REDICO’s residential platform, including American House. Her geographic focus is on connecting the corridors between the Midwest, Florida, and New England.
In addition, Samantha oversees entitlements and ensures REDICO continues its legacy of exceptional design. She takes the lead on negotiating with equity partners and collaborates with the financing function in securing debt for the various assets.
As a member of the REDICO Executive Team, Samantha assists in guiding the overall strategy and business plan for the enterprise. She is a member of ULI Michigan, the Housing and Community Development Local Product Council in Michigan, as well as a member of the National Lifestyle Residential Development Council 55+.
