As Managing Director, Samantha Eckhout leads Investments for our senior living platform, American House Senior Living, within REDICO, a Michigan-based real estate organization. She and her team source, structure and close senior housing acquisitions and ground-up developments designed to perform. With a geographic focus spanning the Midwest, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, she brings an operator-informed, investor-first perspective to every opportunity. Her passion lies in creating exceptional spaces where seniors are celebrated and engaged.
Over a 25+ year real estate career, including nearly 15 years with REDICO/American House, Samantha has developed and acquired more than 10,000 housing units. She has partnered with developers, landowners, health systems and institutional capital to advance both stabilized and value-add acquisitions, as well as new developments in high-growth markets. She is known for decisive execution, strong capital relationships and a collaborative leadership style that aligns stakeholders from initial diligence through stabilization.
Samantha is an active member of the National Lifestyle Residential Development Council 55+ and the American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA).
