SOUTHFIELD, MI — REDICO announced continued progress at VTech Business Park, its 66-acre development located on Five Mile Road near Beck Road in Plymouth Township, including the recent sales of one-acre parcels to El Car Wash and Michigan Schools & Government Credit Union, marking significant milestones as activity accelerates across the site.
One of 15 parcels located within the 800-acre Michigan International Technology Corridor (MITC), VTech is well suited for retail/mixed-use, office, technology, research and development, and industrial users. The business park benefits from direct access to major highways, including M-14 and I-275, along with recent Five Mile Road widening improvements, enhancing regional connectivity for employees, customers and logistics.
Since the site’s initial announcement, REDICO has advanced planning and entitlement work while assembling a strong lineup of uses. VTech will be anchored by a Meijer Supercenter, anticipated to open in late summer 2026, providing a significant amenity for both future users and the surrounding community. Both El Car Wash and Michigan Schools & Government Credit Union are expected to break ground this year.
